Beer BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 small yellow Onion, peeled and chopped
1 clove Garlic, peeled, mashed and chopped
6 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Cups Beer
2 Cups Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat oil and sauté pepper,
salt, onion and garlic until translucent. Do not cook garlic and onion
until color changes darker. Add lemon juice, beer, chili sauce and
Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat for five to seven minutes,
until sauce bubbles rapidly. For best flavor, allow to completely cool and
then re-heat to serve.
Use sauce to brush on meat during the last 30% of
grilling time or as a marinade. Cover pulled meats, roasts or steaks
completely with sauce, cover tightly and let stand for several hours in
refrigerator.
Beer BBQ Meatballs
| Ingedients: 3 pounds frozen small Meatballs
2 medium yellow Onions, cut into
wedges
1 12 oz. bottle Beer
1-1/2 Cups Ketchup
4 Tablespoons wine Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup clear Honey
PREPARATION:
Combine all Beer BBQ ingredients in a
slow cooker. Cover tightly. Cook on low 8 to 12 hours.

Beer BBQ Ribs
BEER BBQ COOKING BROTH
3 Pounds boneless Country Style Pork Ribs
3 oz. Hickory Smoke Flavoring
2 Cups Beer
BEER BBQ SAUCE
8 Cups BBQ sauce
8 Cups Honey Dijon Dressing
6 oz. Beer
Place several layers of aluminum foil or a wire pie rack at the bottom
of a large pot.
Layer ribs into pot.
Add hickory smoke flavoring and beer. Fill with water to one inch
above ribs. Bring to a full rolling boil. Cover. Reduce heat to a
simmer, cook 35 to 45 minutes until ribs are fully cooked.
While ribs are
simmering, mix together BBQ sauce ingredients. Fully drain water off
the ribs. Place ribs in foil lined baking pan. Fully cover ribs with
BBQ sauce.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake in a pre-heated 275º oven for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours.

Beer BBQ Pit Boss Ribs
COOKING the BEER BBQ RIBS
4 Short Slabs of Baby Back Ribs
2 bottles Beer
1½ Lemons, cut into small wedges
2 heaping teaspoons Black Peppercorns
2 to 4 Cups Beer BBQ Sauce (Beer BBQ recipe follows)
Pre-heat oven to 300°.
Peel membrane from underneath ribs.
Place prepared ribs in a roasting pan, stand ribs spine side (big end)
down.
Arrange ribs meat to meat and membrane sides to membrane sides
allowing space between slabs of ribs.
Distribute cut lemons and black peppercorns evenly over ribs.
Slowly add beer to the roasting pan so that the ribs are covered with
beer.
Cover roasting pan tightly with a lid.
Transfer the roasting pan to the oven. Set oven timer for 3 hours.
At time, test for doneness.
Twist fork in the meat. If meat does not separate from bone easily,
reseal and cook additional 20 minutes.
Recheck for doneness. The meat should very easily separate from the
bone.
When ribs are done remove from oven.
Allow to cool in the beer. When fully cool, remove and store for later
use.
When ready to eat, re-heat the Beer BBQ Ribs. Baste continuously to
caramelize the Beer BBQ sauce to the ribs.
Once very hot and crispy, serve.
BEER BARBEQUE SAUCE
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 large Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
¼ cup Cider Vinegar
2 Cups of the juices from the cooked ribs
4 Cups Ketchup Sauté the onions and minced garlic until translucent. Place all other
ingredients in to a large pot bring to a boil. Reduce to thicken the
sauce. Allow to cool. Refrigerate until ready for final preparation.

Jalapeno Beer BBQ Sauce
Jalapeno Beer BBQ Sauce Recipe:
2 green Jalapenos, pith removed,
stemmed, seeded and diced
2 Tablespoons Garlic, peeled, mashed and chopped
2/3 cup yellow Onion, peeled and chopped
3 large canned green Chile Peppers, drained
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Dark Beer
1 Cup Tomatoes, peeled, stemmed, cored and seeded, crushed
1 teaspoon dried Oregano, powdered
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Sauté jalapenos, garlic, onion and Chile peppers in a medium
skillet with the vegetable oil until onions are translucent. pour into
blender, add, beer, tomatoes, oregano and cayenne.
Blend until smooth. Use Jalapeno Beer BBQ sauce as a BBQ sauce
during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Season with salt.
Serve remaining Beer BBQ sauce with your meat dishes.
